"This is the first vacation that I was so disappointed. Never been to a moldy and dirty hotel. Wired hanging ofc the wall, the most disgust bathroom ever. They never changed our sheets for one week. I couldn’t walk barefoot in the hotel and I took showers with my flip flops. The towels were dingy. The food was not good. We are so we don’t starve. I would NEVER go back to this place again. Probably the worst vacation I ever had. Very very disappointed…"

"What i like in the hotel: swimming pools, size of the room, stuff, bed, coffee bar, clean environment. What i do not like: a lot food but not testy at all, very limited selection of fresh fruits, missing plain yogurt, very hot in the blue note bar, long waiting to be seat in restaurant, ping table and all concerts was going on in another part of the hotel, long drive 1.20 min from airport on the private car. The road is very bad. What I hate : bad and slow internet, loud music and stuff screaming from 11 am to 5 pm near main swimming pool , beach after storm was very dirty full of grass imposable to swim, prices in the shop 15$ for toothpaste. I was missing flowers garden and feelings that I am on Jamaica. I did not feel any attempt from management to bring culture background to our vacation. It is my 5 visit to Jamaica. "

"Family vacation. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel is just as pictured. Staff is amazing! The entertainment crew is a group of amazing, great energy, fun individuals! They are mindful of the families and of the just adults there to have a good time. Would def go back! "

"The attitude of the staff was the best I’ve experienced in Jamaica. I was disappointed however in the beach. Too much rocks in the water. Needed water shoes in order to go swimming. Good thing there were a lot of pools to choose from for swimming. Every thing else was great, clean rooms daily and snacks refreshed daily. "
