"We really really enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall. The food was awesome and they had a lot of entertainment. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! They check on us all the time. A big shout out to Leonardo from front desk who made me and my husband’s trip memorable with his excellence service. He quickly responded to any complaints we had and also followed up. He truly made our first trip to Jamaica special. Also to Ryan our bellman. Great service! Anton and Teena ! You all are awesome are true ambassadors to luxury service and hospitality. "

"This is a 5-star Adults Only - All Inclusive Resort. Everything was top-notch. The food at the buffet was so good we never went to a restaurant. They even have 24-hour room service and a stocked refrigerator in the room. You can go to the two resorts next door (Rui Montego Bay and Riu Reggae), but because this is the Rui Palace, they can not visit the Rui Palace. Dislikes: All the pools close at 6 pm, even at Rui Montego Bay and Riu Reggae. Rui Palace kept running out of washcloths. We went two days without washcloths. Housekeeping kept telling us they were waiting for a supervisor to bring some, but we never received any. Which was very unacceptable!!! "

"I love staying here when i come to Jamaica! The air wasn't working nor was the hot water, but they changed us quickly and bought breakfast. I love their food in the restaurant also. Its very close to any and everything you need. I can't forget Mike at the pool. Toby's is a hidden gem."
