「Big room」

「Breakfast and evening reception were very generous with lots of food choices. Pool and hot were very nice.」

「Great place close to Kings Island. Lots of shops and places to eat close by, as well as, good simple breakfast.」

「We liked the overall look of the hotel. It was old style building with modern renovations. Our room and hallways were capacious. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was really good. They gave us a microwave in our room upon request. Our one night stay was comfortable.」

「Pleasant stay - minor housekeeping issue and bathtub had gashes around the top and at in the bathtub-an unusual site. Please take that room offline until that issue is mitigated. Please add more handicap parking spaces.」

「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」
