「This location was perfect for our week stay in the area. We felt very safe and secure. We had some problems with a very strong storm blowing water under the door, and a thermostat issue, but the owners were on top of every message we sent, most of the time responding within minutes. They even changed the thermostat completely so no one else will have to worry. We will 100% stay here again when ever we are in the area.」

「I had a very nice stay on Monticello St. the space was as described, clean, with no surprises. Fantastic location. Didn’t see the owner at all. Easy check-in and super-easy check-out. Great AC, shower, and street parking perfect. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「This stay was SO perfect! The view is AMAZING and the owner is SO helpful. Everytime I forgot something, it was conveniently provided for me and the house was so perfect for what I needed. Check in process was convenient and timely and the owner went above and beyond. The cherry on top was the bottled water in the fridge already cold for us. Little touches that made this stay by far the best I've ever had. 」

"The hotel interior is nice and swimming pool is really attractive especially for family. The staff was kind, but the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive (30 dollars / person). Also, bed sheets of our room were not replaced because we left the room around 9:30 which might be late for cleaning staff, so they only replaced bottle of water and towels. I hope they should have replaced the sheets after we left the room."
