「Just before we checked in, VRBO informed me that there was a potential temporary problem with the property we rented that they didn't want to risk. So they moved us to a different property that was a significant upgrade and didn't make any change to the fee we had already paid. 「House is located right on the river only about 10 feet from than banks. Fishing is excellent right out the front porch. While somewhat small the house is in excellent shape and was great for my wife and I. I would be careful if i had small kids as the house is very close to the water. Everything was as advertised and you can’t beat the price for the location. Check in was a breeze and we had absolutely no issues at all. Would stay here again for sure.」
