The Neighborhood:
You couldn’t ask for a more perfect location than accommodations on Canyon Road. The neighborhood is safe and classically Santa Fean in every way. Hiking and mountain biking trails can all be found within a little more than a mile or so of the residence. For winter sports or just a view from the top, the Santa Fe Ski Basin is a beautiful meander about thirty minutes up the mountain and into the aspens.

Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. It's no wonder Santa Fe was voted one of America's Top Rated Walking Cities.

What a great little place. The location can't be beat. It was very clean and very quiet, perfect to relax. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Great communication from the owner.
House is clean, communication is quick, and location is convenient. Had breakfast across the street at The Teahouse, which is really nice. Walked in the neighborhood and enjoyed all the artist’s creations.

The location of this unit was hard to beat. You can walk to excellent dining and art galleries. It's a very short and pleasant drive to downtown. The adobe structure is old and authentic. The interior is quirky and rustic, but it's also dark and could have been cleaner. We had trouble with the TV because there were network or router issues. The property manager quickly responded to my text, but the suggestion for a fix did not fully rectify the issue.
I had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was as described. The property was very clean. Perhaps they could have stocked a little more coffee, but I got by. The location on Canyon Rd. is very convenient to galleries and shops and both. El Farol and The Compound.
Our stay was really good and we loved the property. Walked all over the place and enjoyed the quiet nights. Price was good and everything was really nice. A few things that we would have liked to be better - internet connectivity (I’m an IT director and still had to reset it each day and work for 5-10m to get the TV online, and even then only the slower network worked), brick step into the bathroom is a problem and dangerous (easy to break a toe) - this should be changed into a simple ramp with a little masonry work. Also would have liked the bathroom door to have a stopper of some sort, it’s impossible to leave open otherwise. This place is phenomenal overall though - i would not hesitate to stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone else wanting a great time in Santa Fe!
This property was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and an easy walk to restaurants and galleries on Canyon Road. There is a step down from kitchen/bath to living area. We set our small empty cooler there so we wouldn't forget and fall. Could use a rope light or something. Would stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood.
This is a lovely, well appointed casita. I thought it was going to be much smaller from the photos and overview, but it has three distinct rooms: primary room (bedroom) with lots of storage, a futon, coffee table and desk in a comfortable sized room and a kitchen with a booth, laundry corner, and a decent sized bathroom for an historic building with excellent water pressure. Spotlessly clean, a nice bag of coffee and new Krupa coffee make, great tea kettle and toaster, adequate microwave. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and yoga stretches. Only no air conditioning if it gets hot, a.though the fan in the bedroom helps.
Traditional New Mexico “casita” with plenty of rustic charm. Nicely located in arts district of Santa Fe. This was a pleasant, mostly restful place to stay during a long road trip. Communication with property manager was very good.

We very much enjoyed our 2-week stay here, tucked away in a quiet alley off of Canyon Rd. It was comfortable, quiet, pleasant, had pretty much everything we needed for our stay, and was walkable to so much! The kitchen was equipped so that we could cook if we wanted. The front patio was perfect for morning coffee. Parking was a bit tight, but we did fine with a Lexus SUV. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!
We have nothing negative to say! Great little house for the two of us. Beautifully furnished. Couple of things we had to get used to: the tight driveway and parking and the TV being in the bedroom. But that will not hinder us to stay here again! It was lovely!
The location is wonderful for walking all over Canyon Road area and to the Plaza and the Railyard. I like to walk, you do have to remember you are at 7200 foot elevation. The casita is very functional, and having parking is great! It is pretty dark inside, as many old adobe places are, and I would have appreciated if it had ceiling fans or otherwise somehow better ventilation. Great place to stay though for sure.
