"2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. No signage, no applicable warning, just show up, get your parking ticket, and have someone run you down stating they need your car because it's all valet now. It was a bit unnerving, and had I not seen others get pulled to the side behind me, I would have thought this was some theft scam. In the end, it all worked out. But you might want to choose otherwise until the construction is complete. The lack of clear signage about the hotel entrance was also a miss. You'd think with all this construction they'd have this figured out by now, but it seems there are still some growing pains."

"I have stayed at the hotel several times during the past few years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my experience this time did not live up to my previous visits. Both elevators were broken for the duration of my stay which required me to constantly walk up and down the stairs to get to and from my room."
