"Great, old Adobe building with a modern spa and pool/jaccuzzi. Right next to the Loretto chapel. Amazing downtown location. It feels like stepping into history."

"Location was superior and the staff was attentive and receptive to requests (a broken shower faucet was immediately fixed). Breakfast was exceptional, particularly due to the food and to Sara’s and Reyes’ cheerful demeanor! We would definitely go back!"

"Room was as expected, nothing special, nothing bad. This is the worst Casino I’ve ever been to. Heads up, no smoking, no alcohol on the casino floor, no craps due to staffing post Covid is what one of the dealers told me. Food was also sub par, ordered nachos, Chips were beyond stale, waitress, “ok, I’ll let them know.” No resolution offered after that. Needless to say, I will return the 30th of Neveruary and if anyone asks? Yeah don’t waste a dime there."

"Efficient and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary Continental Breakfast had everything that you would need. However, the WiFi connection was inconsistent at times, so just depends on how much you use it for business. The property was very close to the Plaza area with just a short walk. And the price was considerably lower than other properties in the area. We travel to Santa Fe several times a year, so will definitely book this property again. "

"Beautiful Property, Comfortable beds and nice bedding. On site restaurant is superb and the happy hour is great .Check in was not easy The front desk guy said I still needed to pay and after a call to his manger He never apologized then when asked if early check in was possible he said he would call me he didn’t and my room was ready when I showed back up 45 mins early for check in . Overall the hotel is amazing and feels very 5 star "
