"スタッフがとても親切です。交通機関のことなど親身になって相談に乗ってくれました。部屋を含めホテル内の設備が綺麗に保たれています。とても快適に過ごせました。徒歩圏内にはショッピングモールもあり、飲食には全く困りません。オークランド中心街へもバスが頻繁に走っており、道路も専用バスレーンがあるので、スムーズに行き来できます。"

"The room was so specious for two of us and very comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation as if we live in the local. The north area is a bit far from the airport and there are few buses to the CBD, but this is not a big problem if you use Uber, rent a car, or take a ferry."
