ノーフォーク - ヴァージニアビーチの ゲストハウス

「ドリンクサービスのサービスが非常によかったです。 スタッフの方に話しかけてくれ、非常に好感が持てました。」

「I checked in at 7:30 am but I left and back from work at 12:30 am when I open the room was the most dirty and disgusting room I ever seen, beers bottles food plates nasty that was my room after 13 hours work day very disappointed for the money I pay for 4 hours sleep and I need to waiting for another room never again I guess」

「The front desk staff were all kind, and the shuttle bus was convenient. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Norfolk for business. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「The location is convenient. I was in a room with a view of the beach and a balcony. The rooms however are older and could definitely use some remodeling. I only stayed one night but can’t say I would be back if I had to stay longer. The staff was friendly.」

「Many rooms but only two laundry machines」

「とても清潔な部屋」

「I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!」

「Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.」

「room was facing the ocean was great vision !」

「It was a beautiful hotel with the glass museum and had wonderful historic reminders. The room was spacious and so comfortable. Plus it's within walking distance of so much to see. Loved the stay!」
