"I had a wonderful experience with Onyado Nono Namba, even after my stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the location was perfect. My son accidentally left his stuffed bear, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They quickly found it, kept me updated, and arranged international shipping back to the U.S. We have now received it safely, and my son Logan is very happy. "The hotel is really conveniently located close to the metro, the public bath is lovely, the staff is really nice and the hotel overall was really good. Small negative: WiFi is ok on the phone but not on a laptop. There are a lot of blinking lights during the night from the light switches and fire alarm etc, so if that bothers you then bring an eye mask. A bit of dust down the side of our bed but generally the place felt clean. Probably not even worth mentioning as it’s typical in Japan, but there is no storage and you struggle to open two suitcases. Overall- would highly recommend staying here. "
