"Be prepared for tourists! Great location but unlike the other locations in this chain, this particular one attracts A LOT of tourists. It is quite crowded and busy throughout the property including the restaurant and the onsen. Also be prepared that this is tatami style so shoes off every time you get to the lobby. Staff is sooo nice and tries to help as much as possible. "
