We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Clean , good service and great location

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

I am a Travel Agent and visit lots of properties. Upon entering The Millennials Shibuya I was greeted by a contemporary and hip ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the unique "Smart Pod" experience. The pods, were comfortable, functional, and allowed for privacy. There was a sense of community and social interactions.

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

The room was perfect for my son and I and we really love the view.

Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is new so everything was pristine and modern. It is a business hotel so expect the rooms to be small - there was enough space to open a couple suitcases on the floor, but we had to keep them closed up most of the time to feel comfortable moving around. The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). Perfect spot as it was close to the Shibuya sights but hidden away from the noise. Washing machine was very helpful, but make sure to have google translate on your phone so you can translate the characters via the photo feature. FYI use the “New South Exit” from Shibuya station and it puts you within a 3 min walk from the exit to the hotel. The exit/entrance also puts you directly on platform 3/4. If not then you’ll have to walk around the station to get in (20 min vs. 10).

We sat outside with the provided breakfast each day, with NO traffic noise, as the hotel fronts on a Bike/Hike path. It was very sociable and pleasant, and sets a wonderful tone to start the day. The attached coffeeshop is also popular with the dogwalkers, so the front patio is cheerful and fluffy every day.

Super comfy beds, lovely bathroom and amenities. Great service. Definitely recommend.

The room was spacious. The rooms were well supplied with soap, towels, and toiletries. The rooms were well cleaned every day. The negatives are the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was a futon. Also the room had no windows. The shower floor was marble and slippery.
