「An excellent hotel from which to explore Chania Town. I can not praise the hotel enough for the wonderful staff, cleanliness, rooms, bed (so comfy) and variety of food at breakfast We loved every minute of our 2 week stay there and would gladly return」

「客の快適さより、コストをケチろうとする姿勢が目立ち愉快でない。トイレットペーパーがなかったり、バスマットがびしょ濡れなのに換えてくれなかったり。指摘すればそのことだけはやってくれるが。エレベーターがないので、スーツケース上げには苦労する。」

「エアコンが壊れて寒かった。従業員は治すと言ったきり何もせず。上の階の人が深夜にドタバタといつまでもうるさくて大変だった。床が薄いので筒抜け。」

「Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. Good location if you’re looking for somewhere slightly out of town, a little quieter. Only a 20ish minute walk into old town. 」
