「多数のスーツケースだったがエレベーターがなく、非常に苦労した。コンセントが１つしかない。ティッシュが無い。やや設備が古い感じであった。」

「Staff at Reception were polite and very efficient. Room was spotless and had everything one would need. Bed was extremely helpful and lkcation of hotel to Leeds City was excellent. Would certainly book this hotel again .」

「ロケーションも大聖堂の目の前で、雰囲気もよく。とにかくお料理が美味しいです。城壁を歩くのも、ホテルからすぐ近くに入り口があり、ヨークの街そのものがこじんまりしてるから、ショッピングもしやすいです。アメニティもティーセットも充実してました。いつかまた泊まりたいと思います。」

「Lovely hotel, great reception and room service staff. Friendly and very helpful. We had a king size courtyard room which was clean and had a fridge and kettle. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Parking available at hotel but limited or car park at the Mount School which always had spaces. The walk into York took about 25 minutes. Only small criticism was the bar ran out of drinks including sauvignon white wine. Other than that...
