「The front desk staff dont give you a great first impression」

「The pool is not large but although the hotel was quite busy pool access was good. The grounds are kept beautiful and the staff are all very nice. One street back from the beach so no sea view, but could hear the waves and easily reach the beach. The villa we had was great even if the furnishings are a bit old.」

Upon arrival, Brian, the front desk manager gave us a wonderful briefing explaining everything well and the property has a nice beach an easy walk in one direction where the sunset view is incredible. Head out the other direction just a short drive (or a long walk) and you have Carillo, an incredible beach that is lined with palm trees and so wide and expansive it almost seems private. The hotel room was great and the breakfast was perfect, served...

「This hotel and their staff were wonderful! The property is well maintained, nicely decorated and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was also lovely and such a welcome bonus! The room was nice with a small balcony, large bathroom, delicious ground coffee provided and a fridge. The property was very relaxed and quiet yet close to town and across from the beach so perfect for both going out and having quiet relaxing time too! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!」

「Hidden gem. We were up in the mountains where it rained so decided to spend last night of our trip in cocoa Beach area. Rooms spotless host amazing and the best part as an animal lover was the rescue animals that are on the property. I have two myself. Will definitely be back.」
