HAPPINESS BEACH is a nice apartment on the top floor. It is located in the city center, 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.

The decoration is a marriage between classic and modern style. The floor of the hallway imitating cement tiles and the design furniture are mixed in harmony with the vintage television cabinet and chandelier.
The herringbone parquet floor, the wicker bed and the decorative cushions create a cosy and warm atmosphere.
You will appreciate the balcony on the bedroom side where you can enjoy a glass of rosé in the evening.

Tout correspondait à la description donc pas de surprise : emplacement-localisation, propreté, aménagement, espace Ajouter des capsules de café 2 par nuit passée. Ajouter du papier toilette 1 rouleau par jour Indiquer que l'on entend l'ascenseur dans la chambre Vérifier la connexion de la box car régulièrement la TV perd sa connexion Manque une VMC dans la SdB pour la condensation

La proximité de l immeuble à la station Alsace-Lorraine, des bus, de la gare de Nice-Ville. La quiétude (surtout la nuit) et la propreté des lieux, immeuble et appart. Lit confortable. Commerces à proximité. J aimerais bien un lave-vaisselle la prochaine fois.

Logement tout confort et calme.

Le logement et très bien équipé et il est situé à 2 pas de la promenade des Anglais. Entrée du tramway très proche et plein de commerces à proximités. Seul bémol l'ascenseur côté chambre qui peux être bruillant. Idéal 2 personnes. La douche (type italienne) a un problème d'évacuation pouvant vite déborder dans la salle d'eau.

eine mini toilette ohne fenster und lüftung ein badezimmer wo es nach der toilette des nachbarn stinkt eine dusche wo das wasser so schlecht abläuft, das nach kürzester zeit das badezimmer unter wasser steht ein zimmer, das so schmal ist, dass zwischen wand und bett beidseitig gerade mal 20 cm sind und man ins bett kriechen muss in der küche ein verschimmeltes küchentuch DAS IST ALLES FOTOGRAFISCH FESTGEHALTEN

Excellent appartement situé à un endroit privilégié

L'appartement est bien aménagé, tout est présent et est rénové récemment. Les photos publiées sur le site correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. A deux pas de l'appartement, vous trouvez plusieurs supermarchés (même ouverts tous les jours jusqu'à 23 h), deux boulangeries, l'arrêt de la ligne 2, un magasin Picard, .... Seul petit désavantage c'est que la chambre à coucher se trouve à côté de l'ascenseur qui fait de temps en temps du bruit.

Appartement au calme

appartement à l'écart du centre de Nice mais pas trop éloigné, avec beaucoup de commerces de proximité à disposition. Aucun bruit extérieur car l'appartement ne donne pas sur la route, plutôt bien équipé. Dépannage très rapide suite au problème de chauffage signalé, ce qui est très appréciable il serait plus hygiénique d'avoir une housse de couette plutôt qu'un drap + une couette à poser sur le drap. Pour un court séjour, j'aurai apprécié de trouver un "fond de placard" avec huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre car il est difficile de tout acheter puis jeter pour quelques jours sur place.

Emplacement stratégique proche des commerçants et de la plage. La propreté du logement refait à neuf. Toutl’electromenager est neuf et la sécurité de l’appartement La fonctionnalité et l’agencement est parfait pour un couple La propreté des parties communes et du local poubelle La vue dégage et le 6eme étage Éventuellement une climatisation malgré les ventilateurs qui fonctionnent bien.
