「A Cozy Home away from home is exactly what this place is and Joshua is a wonderful host. We love this place and have plans on staying here again with several visits to Hamburg. It was our second time at the place and we will continue to come back when it is available for our travel plans. 」

「Apartment is clean and comfortable. Mary was accommodating when VRBO messed up the check out time (Vrbo sent an email the day before saying noon was check out time which host did not approve). A few updates would be much appreciated such as keys for door knobs and Keruig cups rather than a generic ground coffee. Note to those that don’t want to wash dishes, there is not a dishwasher (my husband loves to wash dishes). Overall, a very good experience and good place to stay. 」

「Fantastic little place - truly cozy and well-appointed. Good place for me to use as a home base while visiting local parks: Letchworth, Stony Brook, Eternal Flame, and even Niagara Falls! Town is (really) quiet in the summer.」

「We were in Buffalo for a wedding and this was a great alternative to getting 4 hotel rooms! There was plenty of for all 7 of us. Every place we had to go was a short Uber ride, and it is only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was very clean, and had all of the basics we needed. 」

「We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. 」

「What a unique and memorable stay! We had such a wonderful stay. My son loved all the farm animals. He was invited to help feed all the animals during the nightly “chores”. This was certainly the highlight of our trip. I can’t thank the family enough for their hospitality and willingness to allow us to enjoy all their beautiful animals. 」

「Clean, comfortable and adorable. I wish I would have known the thermostat controlled the entire property. I like to sleep cold and set the temp very low and unfortunately made it uncomfortable for the other units.Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay and the restaurant next door is phenomenal.」

「The apartment was very clean, had secure entry to apartment, smelled nice, air conditioning working well, had extra blankets and a few extra times for the kitchen such as coffee. The apartment was about ten minutes to the falls as the host describes. We really enjoyed our stay! 」

"11:00チェックアウトだったので10:30位にシャワーを浴びていたら、ドアを5回激しくノックされた上、部屋を開けられたので驚いた。プリンターが故障していたが、早朝フロントの女性スタッフの方がプリントアウトして下さり、助かった。親切でした。 "

"部屋は清潔にされていて寝具も気持ちよく使えたのですが、2部屋のうち1部屋にシャワーカーテンが無く、何度リクエストしてもつけてもらえなかった。またチェックイン時の対応が丁寧でなく、2部屋なのに1部屋しかキーをもらえず、再度尋ねて、やっと出してもらえた。旅の初めにトラブり、ブルーな気分にさせられた。立地が素晴らしいので、残念でならない。"

"送迎、フロントスタッフのサービスは素晴らしかった。トイレの流れが悪く、カーペットやベッド、カーテンの陰などの清掃状況は良くなかったが、よく使う部分はきれいに保たれていた。 22:00に着き朝6:00に出たが、夜、部屋の窓から見えるBBQスペースがきれいで、時間がなかったのが残念だった。"
