Paradise Valley Getaway offers the entire downstairs level of a country home, with private access and peaceful rural views. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living area also includes a fold-out sofa bed and an additional single bed, sleeping up to six guests. You'll find a kitchenette with a microwave and benchtop grill, a cosy wood burner fireplace with firewood supplied, a full bathroom, and a laundry for your convenience.

Guest Access:
You'll have the full lower level of the house. The driveway splits as you enter the property - take the left fork for your area of the house.

Located in the tranquil Paradise Valley area of Rotorua, this property offers a peaceful rural escape just a short drive from the city. The Ngongotahā Stream runs through the middle of the block, creating a picturesque setting and a great spot for licensed fishing. Surrounded by farmland and native bush, you'll enjoy the sounds of nature and a true countryside feel while still being within easy reach of Rotorua’s attractions and amenities.
