「I will start with the pros...check-in was easy, as it was via a code to get into the room. The bed and bedding were both very comfortable. The room itself was basic, but the decor was nice and we liked having the vanity separate from the toilet/shower area. The location was very ideal and close to Newburyport. The cons...the walls are paper thin and we we could hear basic conversations through the wall from next door. We had an ant infestation in our room, which we didn't see until we got...

「Staff was super friendly, room was great, they fulfilled all my our (anniversary) requests with professionalism and without hesitation. Only downside was the TV in the living room and we couldnt watch it at bedtime. Other than that it was great! Thats why we keep coming back!」

「Property in good condition overall. Mainly booked this property due to the close proximity to the University of New Hampshire and downtown Durham. Rooms are modern. Shower was decent. Beds are comfortable. I've stayed here several times over the past 4 years, and one thing that's a negative is the quality of the hot breakfast has deteriorated....but it's still a good perk they provide a hot breakfast included with your stay. 」
