This sub basement flat has two separate bedrooms but there are no doors to the bedrooms. The living room is in the middle and connects the two bedrooms just like the way you see it in the images online. The ceilings are not very high so if you are very tall over 6ft 5 inches please take note.

The apt has been gut renovated so everything is in excellent mint condition with high quality stainless steel appliances. Internal AC is installed so it's very cool and very comfortable. It's very clean and spacious with decent closet space.

Location is the main reason I've stayed here twice.It's a 5 minute walk to the 7 train that will take me to Manhattan or Citi Field, etc.This funky little basement apartment has everything I need.My host was available to text with throughout my stay.I was able to sign in to my YouTube TV and Netflix accounts easily on the television.The neighborhood might not be for everyone, but I always felt safe walking around. And there are lots of restaurants and corner stores nearby.Ceiling is low, so if you're over 6'2" or so you might have an issue. I'm 6' and it was fine.I'll likely book here again next time I stay in NYC.
