Comfortable, well furnished modern apartment in an old building. Beds were comfortable. 2 Blocks from the famous Bourbon Street. Tram at street corner. Heaps of food options nearby. We were in 108 a 2bed 2 bath unit for 3 nights. A ground floor unit that felt like a basement because of high windows. Only windows were in living space - both bedrooms internal. Possibly why it was so quiet. Warehouse conversion style unit with polished concrete floors and exposed beams. Air conditioning kept cutting in and out (not an inverter) so at times we were cold and then really hot. Fortunately bedrooms also had ceiling fans. Lighting was a bit dim. Stronger bulbs would have helped. Good sized unit and good value. Drains were a bit smelly - common in older cities & old buildings. Keep toilet lid down to reduce odour. Would recommend to others for a visit.

Perfect for night owls.

For an unexplained reason, Sonder moved me to their Canal Street apartment. This was months after my booking and prices had gone up because of the July 4 weekend. So I had no choice. The entrance is on a busy main road. You have to use a keypad to enter, which usually took a few times before the door opened. The communal area is tired however the apartment itself was in good condition and very clean. Unfortunately, the bedroom and living room rooms faced a Popeyes restaurant, which was busy until the early morning. The street was cleaned and heavy metal bins emptied and dragged down the street from 3 AM or 4 AM to at least 6am every day of my seven night stay. The first night there was also refrigerated van outside from 4 AM until the afternoon.. I got very little sleep that I’m told by people who stayed at the back of that it is quiet. The water in the bathroom never got hot so no warm showers. On the plus side the facilities in the apartment were good. The app for contacting reception worked well and responses were fairly prompt. The location is however convenient for shops and restaurants and in walking distance to meeting points for tours. Good for night owls but not if you want a good nights rest.

Très bel appartement,en plein centre.beaucoup d'animations autour.Très bien équipé,et très bien entretenu par le personnel qui travaille sur place.Un petit bémol,signalé déjà à la societé Sunder....Leur procédure d'envoi des codes d'entrée 24h avant.Quand on n'a pas l'habitude ,le stress vous gagne car vous avez peur de vous retrouver à la rue,à vôtre arrivée.(total respect de l'envoi des codes et impossible de rentrer avant 16h exactes.Totale sécurité.;;;;;autrement ...tout s'est très bien passé.Très bon séjour.

Two bedroom apartment was massive. Big and comfortable beds. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Appreciated being left with washing pods, so I could do a wash. Had a minor issue, with the apartment, sent an email in the evening. Came back the next day to find issue had been fixed. Gym was great, only minor issue pool was smaller then expected, so didn’t use it. If came back would use again and would recommend. Front desk was always helpful

It was just used furniture and no hangers or drawers to put you stuff away in. The space was large but there was one draw in the bedroom and only 4 hanger in the walk in closet.

I always stay at the Sonder at 1500 Canal but I just found out that Sonder is no longer using that location which I’m very sad about because again every time I go to New Orleans, which is a lot I stay there so now I’m gonna have to find somewhere else to stay this place is beautiful always clean. The staff is always friendly in the hotel. I’m gonna miss this place.
