「The upside is: the hotel is in a beautifully restored, historic building centrally located in downtown Grass Valley.. The downside is a lack of amenities. 「Beautiful and peaceful setting, so restful. I lived the creek and all the outdoor seating. The property owner was very nice and welcoming. The yurt was a unique experience and it was cozy and beautiful. The soaking tub was luxurious. The only hard thing was that it is a little far from the main house and the bathroom facilities. Also, it was noisy from the traffic, but thank goodness they provided earplugs. It’s very convenient and close to downtown Nevada City.」
