The Shores is a stunning beachside escape for families or friends looking to enjoy the relaxed, coastal lifestyle Port Stephens has to offer. With views of Port Stephens, enjoy Sundance with your nearest and dearest.

The Shores features open plan kitchen, living and dining room that open up to the balcony with Webber BBQ and stunning views of Port Stephens. The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, internal laundry and double garage.

At The Shores you will be within a two-minute walk to Dutchmans Beach and Bagnalls Beach. Stroll 25 mins along the Bartlett Cycleway into the Marina and CBD at Nelson Bay to explore the cafe’s, restaurants, bars and boutiques. It’s just a 10 minute drive to Shoal Bay, and a 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay Golf Club.

Pets:
One small-medium size house trained dog is welcome to stay with you at The Shores. Pets must remain on a lead at all times when outside of the house.
A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies in addition to your booking total, and additional Pet Policy Agreement is required.
