「Matthew was very welcoming and answered all my questions promptly. It's a sweet little apartment, perfect for two friends reuniting for a girlfriend weekend. It's very clean and comfortable. Plenty of on-street parking in a charming neighborhood. 」

「Everything was great for our stay! We didn't stay there long but was the perfect location near Carytown. We extended our stay, and the hosts were beyond accommodating. 」

「Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!」

「Simply the cutest! The host left me a personalized note. The place was cozy, comfy and everything one could need. I even had a lovely salmon dinner right across the street at Hill Diner. Will definitely being staying here on my next Richmond trip! Oh, and excellent linens, the towels were heavy and soft, so were the wash cloths. Bed was also perfectly comfortable.」

「The property was very clean. The door is a little tricky but we worked on it until we were sure we understood it and then it worked perfectly. This is much better than a flaky lock that works inconsistently. We enjoyed visiting the Poe Museum during our stay.」
