Casa Magnifica is located near the famous beach of Mikri Vigla. Just 70m away resides Mikri Vigla’s North side, Parthena, which is famous for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Walk 700m in the opposite direction and you’ll find Mikri Vigla’s South side, Sahara, where you will find a 4km long beach of white sand, extremely calm waters, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Regardless of which Mikri Vigla experience you choose you will find great beach taverns, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, friendly people, and lots of fun in the sun. We advise car or bike rental in order to explore the island.
Casa Magnifica is a big house distributed on two floors. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with a built in sofa, a guest toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the basement lower floor you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The lower floor also has a separate entrance.
The condo sleeps 12 comfortably.
Casa Magnifica has a large and beautiful private garden where you can relax, enjoy an outdoor shower or enjoy a star filled night from your lounge chair. It also has a sand garden, perfect for small children to play in.
The exceptional outdoor area is very well equipped with a big dining table in the shade, outdoor kitchen with extra fridge for cool drinks, a bar/gaming table, two big hang out sofas and a spectacular private jacuzzi. Overall, it has extra unique features in regards to the other condos. It has direct access to the SHARED pool area and jacuzzi from the terrace. It is part of 8 condo complex, which also includes a shared pool that belongs to the 8 units.
