"Rooms definitely need renovations asap! Noticeable wear and tear every corner. Very small room, but quite functional layout. It was good enough for what i needed but will need improvements for me to come back."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Hiroshima Station, making it easy to travel throughout Hiroshima and to other cities as well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby—everything you could need is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels fairly new and is very well maintained. One highlight for me was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made for a very comfortable stay. In the mornings, the hotel also offers complimentary coffee, juices, and light pastries in the lobby—a thoughtful touch, even though I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I’d especially like to thank Kiyota and Nagayama, who went above and beyond to assist me with navigating a Japanese website I was struggling with. They gave me their full attention and were genuinely caring throughout. The hospitality that I received from them and the staff was by far the highlight of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima."

"Ambiance is good, amenities are good. Only complain is slow elevator, crowded laundry room, some staff seemed reluctant to help. Convenient with regards to walking, shopping, public transport. Right in front of bus station, airport bus station. Would stay again."

"I wanted to cool down the room temperature but it works for heat only when I stay so I had to leave the window open and outside people could see inside of my room. "

"I guess you get what you pay for. The staff here are dismissive and don’t care about you or your needs. The neighborhood around is filled with rude people as well. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I understand people come here for long term plastic surgery needs, but it’s shocking how the staff is here. "
