"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. "I was charged the price of a room I did not pay for. The hotel charged me for a premium room when I got a smaller room. I talked to the rude staff and they said all the rooms were sold out. The rooms were VERY dusty and curly hairs everywhere. It was such a terrible experience."
