"Loved that it’s close to downtown but also budget friendly. Also love the continental breakfast provided but it ends too early at 9. But good variety of food. Also like the bar and the grill menu they have during the day. Not free but still good. Overall very satisfied."

"Staff were lovely and property is well maintained for the most part. Breakfast was great, beds were clean and comfortable, nice view from the window in the room as well. There were a couple things wrong in the room, I think they should just get rid of the carpet, old stains all over it and the shower faucet was pulling off the wall in the shower. Just needs some small repairs, overall a great stay!"

"This place is a very different hotel in that there is no staff on site but that never proved a problem for us. It was very easy to get into the lobby and the room and both were very pleasant. The lack of a staff allows for less expense for the hotel so that more money can go to using profits for housing for the homeless, the actual mission of the facility (which I believe is run by a local church.) The bed was quite comfortable although it would have been nice to have had bedside tables on both sides of the bed. The vanity area was quite spacious and the mini fridge and microwave came in quite handy. The hotel is located in an area of Nashville with lots of food and beverage establishments so finding a good place to eat was easy. Would recommend this place to folks looking for a nice no frills sort of place where you feel good about being able to help the less fortunate."

"The hotel was in the middle of no where nothing around this hotel The hotel was very dated really needs an upgrade Had an issue with the bath tub drain, not working, water leaked from the shower onto the floor notified the front desk when we left to go out and asked them to clean it and supply additional towels as I had to use what we had for the floor. Got home nothing done not clean no additional towels provided tried calling the front desk phone not working went to the front desk and closed Terrible what if there was an emergency and we needed to call out? Rethink your decision to stay here"
