「Great location and clear instructions 」

「Great location for good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had all of the comforts of home. It was a fantastic place to stay and if we are in Nashville again, we plan to book the same place. Our host was the best! I had to contact him and he responded immediately, and I was grateful! From start to finish it was a complete joy! 10 out of 10! 」

「The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Allen, the host was very responsive and polite. The house could have been cleaner and a few things did need repairs. The rooftop was aswesome! Walmart was 4 miles away so we did a Walmart Delivery for food and drinks. Overall it was great for 6 girls on a 5 day trip. 」

「If you enjoy sitting on your bed 24/7, this place is for you.This “room” was actually part of a condo on the first floor — tucked awkwardly between the back door and the patio, with nothing separating it from the upstairs except a staircase. And when I say room, I mean just that — this is the only space you have access to.There’s no real sitting area unless you count a single stool, so your only seating option is… the bed. Storage? Nonexistent. My suitcase had to live under the bed like a troll...

「The host and home were absolutely wonderful! Clean and full of beautiful sights! There was a train track by the building which was cool to watch, and the city lights provided for a beautiful view! They even had yoga nidra noise makers for lite sleepers like myself! I slept like a baby! Very wonderful and peaceful location!!! I thanked the host by text! Wonderful stay!!!」

「Rockin the river is a great choice! The host is a fantastic, quick communicator and very thorough.Location is absolutely perfect. centrally located and able to get to many locations with a short uber ride or walk if weather permits. Check in process was seamless, everything you need.Is there! It was the perfect space for my husband for our week stay in Nashville. Thanks Denise! We did not use the pool facilities , gym or laundry.So I cannot comment on that area of the complex.」
