checkin was not to good, as if we kept him from his favorite tv show, the towels were very thin, no continental breakfast, coffee only. it was january so the pool was closed ( not a big deal) parking was great, location was great, as in walking distance to city bus, and food places.

Check in staff was very nice and helpful.i think my disappointment was just due to property age. Overall it was decent as I was just there to sleep. The sheets were cleaned but stained. There was a hole in the tile under the sink and the bathroom fixtures could definitely be finished better. Area is definitely sketchy but overall I was just there to sleep and did so pretty well. I would recommend to people on a budget.

overall a really nice stay! Noisy and wouldn’t walk around at night as we encountered more than a few drunks and unfriendly homeless :( but the hotel itself was clean, we felt safe and comfortable.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but it was not, the pool is tiny and dirty. The rooms smell bad. There are horrible people around, it’s like a scary movie; I know it’s not expensive but you don’t feel safe in that place.

Be sure to keep in mind that this is an economy class motel, so don't expect luxury. The area around the hotel has numerous fast food options. The neighborhoods between the hotel and downtown are a little dicey.

Overall my stay here was good! I thought it was pretty clean and I loved the fact that it does not have carpet. Our check in was smooth. The receptionist could have been a little friendlier during our check in, the lady that checked us out was nicer. The overall location was convenient because it was close to the highway and in front of a gas station. It’s also not far from downtown.
