"The hotel was just a short walk to Nagano Station. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had the Grand Queen Room on the upper floor. As promised we had a massage chair and a nice view of the city. The breakfast service offered an extensive selection of delicious food. The complimentary sake tasting and baked products were very much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

Only feedback would be for the hotel to create more dinner and breakfast “start times” to avoid the massive rushes in the dining area that created a feeding frenzy with some disgruntled people.
