Comfortable beddings on tatami mattress floor. Excellent shuttle service. Spa/baths were very relaxing (not busy at all). Reasonable prices including meals.

La struttura inizia a sentire gli anni, carine l’entrata e la lobby. La camera sembrava più bella in foto, così come l’edificio in generale. Non all’altezza di un Wtyndham, ne abbiamo visitati diversi. Scioccante il bagno della camera, sembra quello di una camper o una barca, molto piccolo e tutto di plastica, sembra una cabina aggiunta successivamente alla costruzione delle stanze. Personale molto gentile; management inflessibile nel volerci concedere 1 ora in più al check out, solo pagando 750 yen a persona… (infrasettimanale, bassa stagione con hotel mezzo vuoto). Abbiamo affittato onsen privato al costo di 5000 yen, bella esperienza. Cena e colazione tradizionali e veramente curate.

駅との送迎に注意

温泉はとても良かったです また朝夕の料理の内容も良く今どき二食付きで1人2万円以下で宿泊出来るのは非常にコスパがいいと思いますし、企業努力も感じられました 何故⭐️4にしなかったかと言えば、チェックアウト後の駅までの送迎を都合3回ホテル側から確認されたにもかかわらず、ホテル側が決めた時間になっても全く用意されておらず、乗車予定の列車に間に合わなくなりそうになり、こちらが怒って初めて運転手を探しに行くという信じられない対応があったからです 駅の階段をキャリーケースを持って駆け上がりながら、もっと何度も送迎出発時間近くになったら、こちらから声かけすれば良かったと後悔しました

・チェックインでの対応やウェルカムドリンク、チェックアウト時に荷物を持ってくれる宿泊施設が今までなかったのでその点はとても良かった。 ・温泉は二つの源泉で、ゆったりと心地良い入浴ができた。入浴場所のドリンクサービスは良かったがウォーターサーバー（水）があると更に良いと思う。 ・食事のスタッフは外国人で言葉遣いは良いが、一つの釜飯に火を着け忘れがあり炊き上がる迄30分待った。その際の謝罪が軽くて不愉快でした。また出来上がった時には満腹で非常に残念だった。 　朝食時も美味しく頂きましたが、ご飯のおかわりや飲み物の置き場所が分からず着座の時に説明して欲しかった。 ・部屋の鍵は人数分、また草履に自身と分かる目印（シール）などあると良かった。 売店があるとエレベーターに表示されていたが見当たらないためスタッフに聞いたら今はありませんとの事でした、またホームページでは夜にBARを利用できるとの事で楽しみにしていたが閉まっていて残念だった。

・チェックイン時の対応やウェルカムドリンク、またチェックアウトの見送り時に荷物を持ってくれたのは他の宿泊施設では経験がなかったのでとても良かった。 ・温泉は二つの源泉があり、気持ち良くゆったりと満喫できた。 ・食事のスタッフが外国人で接客態度は良いが、炊けるまで30分かかる釜飯の火の着け忘れがあり、食べれる頃には満腹で残念な気持ちだけが残った。謝罪も軽かったのでとても不愉快でした。 また朝食のご飯おかわりや飲み物の用意がある事の案内がなく説明不足にとても不満。食事面ではまた来たいとは全く思わない。

部屋の入口のドアが各部屋違って和風で素敵。お部屋は広くて綺麗。お正月のお花が活けてあり季節感もある。お風呂は古いけど大正ロマンで気持ちの良いお風呂。駐車場でも、テキバキと案内してくださり迷うことがなかった。
