"Our stay at Hakone Yutowa was great. The room (Condominium A) was very spacious and had a good amount of natural light. The amenities we plenty, both in the rooms and within the hotel as well. There was lots of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere around the property too. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoons were well received, and breakfast had a fair variety of options. I would absolutely love to come and stay again. "

"朝夕二食付きのプランしかないが、その食事の運営に課題が多い。スタッフが一品一品サーブする形をとるが、決められた時間に一斉に多くの客が同じ場所で食事を始めるため、スタッフの動線が多くて煩雑、客の食事の展開を見ていない。やたらに間が多くなり食事を終えるまでに無駄な時間がかかる。配膳スタッフも疲れていて雑な対応である。"
