「My fiancee and I have stayed at this location for many years under different hotel brands, and have found our stays with Best Western to be the best. We have enjoyed our stays in Mystic, and our stay at the hotel has been a major part of them. Accessibility off of the highway and proximity to Old Mystic Village and Downtown Mystic are great and are a major reason we have stayed here multiple times. Looking forward to our next stay at Best Western Mystic.」

「The hotel was great, the location was great, our room was great BUT, when we arrived to the dining room at 9 in the morning, it was a disaster. Tables dirty, floor filthy, no milk, no eggs just horrible. I went into the little kitchenette and the girl was on her phone eating. I told her about the poor condition of the dining room but nothing was done, she just brought out some eggs and that’s it. When we left the dining room, the garbage bins were full to the top and garbage on the floor ……....
