welcome to our 3 mile lake house on beautiful 3 mile lake. Whether it comes to swimming, fishing, kayaking, relax time with family. We have you covered,

RECENTLY RENOVATED! We are so excited for you to see the upgrades to our lovely property. The entire exterior siding of our cottage is brand new. We have also installed two amazing stone walkways in the back area to the water. We are constantly updating and upgrading our space to provide our guests with the best cottage possible!

Simple 3 bedroom cottage with everything you need for a quiet getaway. Cozy. Sandy beach entrance for children. Would recommend water shoes to swim. Comfortable distance to Bracebridge or Port Carling for stocking up.

This property should not be rentable. We booked it for a 1-week family vacation based on photos, but it smelled of stale air and mould. Despite being “professionally cleaned,” we had to sweep, clean the BBQ, and scrub the oven ourselves. The furniture was old and musty, the bedrooms had poor DIY fixes, and a kitchen drawer was falling apart. The worst moment was getting trapped inside the cottage while our son was outside — thankfully my husband managed to unlatch the door. Linens provided were stained and disgusting; we slept in clothes using throws from home. The bunk bed had no ladder or railing — unsafe! The mattresses were terrible, and after one sleepless night we told the owner, who shockingly gave us until 11 a.m. to leave, saying our expectations were too high and it wasn’t a “5-star resort.” We had to scramble to find another place for the remaining 6 nights. The only positives were the lake view and one evening by the bonfire with our kids. Thankfully, Vrbo helped us get a partial refund. I would not recommend this property — spend your money somewhere safe, clean, and comfortable.
