Excellent housekeeping and one male front desk person who is top notch customer service professional. Sunday brunch wasn’t bad for the price. "

Beyond that, the house was knock-out gorgeous and fascinating with all sorts of interesting details. The owners clearly love the property and poured that love into the care they demonstrated in selecting the decorative accents and performing renovations. We had a group of 6 adults and we were all very comfortable in the house -- everyone enjoyed their stay. "

"The cottage is centrally located in Berkeley Springs and was otherwise very comfortable—warm, well equipped with a full kitchen and snacks, and a comfortable bed. During our three-night stay, the main issue was limited hot water, with only about five minutes available at a time, which made showering difficult. The host was responsive, but the hot water limitation did impact the experience."
