"The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed in the food selections and restaurants. They did not have much of anything open for breakfast and all of the restaurants were small and full for dinner. When I asked others staying at resort they said the food wasn't that great. However, the pizza by the pool was really good. We ended up having to go off site for all of our breakfast and dinners. It kind of defeated the purpose of staying on a resort that wasn't centrally located to restaurants. "

"Potential guests need to know that this is not an accessible hotel. There is a full set of stairs leading to the lobby. Stairway leading to rooms is steep and narrow. There were spider webs in the room. Staff did not remove them during our stay. We asked for an additional blanket, but it was stained and smelled. I paid a non-refundable $3 fee for a beach towel. The Seaview pina colada bar along the boardwalk used watered-down alcohol. The drink I ordered was in a cored pineapple, but the server accidentally cut a hole in it. My drink was leaking as she handed it to me. No refund, no offer to make another one, but she did provide a plastic cup. Overall, the pictures make the hotel look much better than reality."

The location was ideal—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Waking up to the island breeze and scenic views every day was a highlight of the trip. The amenities were exactly as described, and everything worked smoothly. Whether it was lounging inside or stepping out to explore, the apartment provided the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sint Maarten."

"Great stay at this condo! Beautiful spot right on the beach near the west end of the Great Bay beach. The condo was very clean and in great condition inside and out. Communications, check in/out were quick and easy. Many of the shops and restaurants cater to the cruise ship crowds and close down late afternoon as the ships depart. Chesterfields and the Greenhouse off the east end of the beach were reliably open late. Also, there's good locally brewed beer at the Dutch Blond Beach Bar and Restaurant.This is definitely a place worth coming back to!"

"It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal. It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. "
