I stayed at the Hilton Flamingo Beach for four nights and had an amazing experience. The front desk staff were outstanding from the moment I arrived. Kenica and Sharda made my check-in process smooth and effortless, and they even helped me with my bags, which was greatly appreciated. During my stay, I also met Kimberly at the front desk, and she was phenomenal. She assisted me with dinner reservations and arranging taxis, making everything so easy and stress-free. The beach staff were just as wonderful. Jean Rony and Mr. Joseph were incredibly kind and helpful, always assisting with beach chairs and umbrellas and ensuring we were comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Great stay in garden view king suite. Pleasant surprise that it had a large balcony with table, chairs and lounger. Beach front quite nice with sandy beach some rocks but overall nice. Close to a lot of restaurants or make your own in suite with nicely equipped kitchen. Had a great stay here and would go back!

Stayed after New Year 2026. Rooms are new but much smaller than advertised…ours was advertised as 750sqft but was 450sqft +patio. Place is renovated. Everything works well. People are friendly. They offer time share but don’t push hard if you say no. Too many rules, to the point of missing hospitality… They make you wait until 4 whether your room is ready or not. I verified with the cleaning lady. Our room was ready over two hours before they let us in. Tired, hot, with kids…2hrs helps. ..And I received 2 verifications just before 10am (at door) and a call at 10:05 ‘you know checkout is at 10?’ As we’re leaving…left a bad taste. They were not busy at this point. Plenty of rooms available online. Older crowd. Nice property grounds. 2 beaches, both good. Good pool. 2 hot jacuzzis. Pathetic gym, only 5 cardio machines. Forget about weight lifting. No weights. Like none. I wouldn’t do it with kids again. Couple maybe. Cheers.

The room was clean but they never came to clean or tidy up at all, no towels we exchanged so we were left using the same towels to shower with for a week and no blankets

We were at this hotel for 10 days (end of November 2025). The room was very clean. The room location was great as we faced the beach. We were on the second level which made it very convenient/walkable between the beach and the room. The kitchen in the room included everything that you need including paper towels, dishwasher soap, cleaning sponges , salt, pepper, dishes, pots and pans..etc. Hotel location was great (walking distance to many restaurants). Ample parking spaces (not sure why others said it was limited, they may have not known the parking under the hotel). Staff were amazing (both at the front desk and cleaning staff-not sure why some visitors had issues with the front desk as they were very courteous and professional-Tessy was the best). Our room was cleaned every 3 days (witout having to request the cleaning unlike some of the other reviews hear). The hotel staff communicated via text message so it would be helpful to have a phone plan to use at the island. The beaches at the hotel was just awesome. Waters were always calm. There is sand in the water so no need for rock shoes. Great snorkeling within the bay at the hotel as well as further out where you can find sea turtles and sting rays. This hotel, location and staff make it a 10/10 place to visit. We will be visiting again!

Rooms clean, my view was amazing but my room was not ready when I got in and we felt rushed when it was time to check out. The location is convenient but it was a different Hilton that was closer to nightlife I would try.

Not on property but short walk from the beach

We went to happy hour at the resort first and this beach bar next, everyday.

This hotel is one of our favorites. We had a villa and it was perfect. The beach is on property and the pool is always perfect.

This is a lovely resort with direct beach access. The room was spacious and clean. Love that there is a sliding partition that separates the queen sized bed from the sofa bed making it feel like two separate spaces and offering privacy. There are large flat screen televisions I front of the bed and sofa bed. Accessibility can be an issue for those with mobility issues. Our room was in building 7 on the theirs floor. You had to take an elevator from the hotel lobby to the first floor and then walk down a corridor and some steps to another elevator and take it to the third floor and then walk down another long corridor. Our room was adjacent to the beach but to access it required doing the long corridor walk and two elevators or walking down a few flights of stairs. To get to the pool was another awkward elevators/walk/stairs situation. The hot tubs jets weren’t working the first day. There are not nearly enough beach lounge chairs as there are people by the pool area. If you want to rent a pool inner tube you have to return it by 3:30 pm which is a tad early. There is only one restaurant on property and it is by the beach (pool is on the other side of the resort). There is a limited lunch menu and food was subpar. Dinner menu was a bit more expansive and the food was delicious. Staff are friendly and the views of the beach/ocean are breathtaking. Overall, the crowd is mostly retired individuals.

The room was spotless and very spacious. Everything worked well, pools were great and beach access wonderful! There are many good restaurants around, all within walking distance. The only issue I had was the restaurant/ bar that is part of the hotel, on the beach. It is a very convenient option, but the food was horrible - worst than any fast food chain - and the management were hostile to any feedback or suggestions.
