We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

This is a luxury, modern hotel at moderate prices. The location is perfect. There is a rooftop bar that is amazing. The staff was very professional. Highly recommended

Has a dock. Convenient to come into from the Airport or Train Station. Hands down a great choice ! Take the speed boat taxi in or you will be lugging your suitcases thru the streets.

Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable. You won’t regret staying here:)

The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

EVERYTHING about the hotel was excellent. Great friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL room, wonderful breakfast, cleanliness was impeccable, room darkening shutters kept room very dark for sleeping. Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Casa W is a small, sweet hotel with lovely staff that is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to travel from there to Venice's many cultural destinations, and it's a relief to return to in the evening. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and well-stocked.

Pierre Louigi ..and the other Gal that work at the front Desk were the most helpful I have had in my travels...they were VERY Friendly and authentic!!! that is rare to find , especially in a high Tourist area like Venice!! they deserve the best as they were great in supporting me in finding Train travel plans etc!!!
