Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean room, however, no windows in room so you don’t know that it’s morning, lol. Also, breakfast is generous, but coffee is undrinkable - from a machine and pretty much flavored water. No worries, though, plenty of places nearby to grab a good coffee. Great value, clean, safe, and perfect location.

Nice hotel, enjoyed out quite stay

Very clean room, staff was fantastic (front desk, bartender, breakfast hosts), very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again :)

The room is nice and clean but very small with low ceiling. I think Thu’s is typical of hotel rooms in Venice. The front desk is nice and helpful. The breakfast is good with friendly staff. The hotel is located about 15 minute walk from water bus stop and 30 minute walk to the train station. Have a small carryon with good wheels. The ground is bumpy and there are steps up and down whenever you encounter a bridge. You don’t want to be pulling a large luggage and lifting it up and down the stairs. You can walk around main attractions from the hotel easily without luggage.
