「Super clean and nice place.」

「Our room had a great view. There are stairs to get to most of the rooms - first or second floors. The continental breakfast was very disappointing - cereal, bread, and fruit, with a few items that weren't properly cooled (yogurt, eggs, cream cheese). The location wasn't bad; it's at the edge pf downtown so it takes a few blocks to get to the heart of downtown, but doable for most.」

「Clean, comfortable, easy check in and check out, we used the cottage as a overnight stay on our Colorado birding tour 2026 - it was ideally located for our visit to Walden reservoir, Coalmont LEK, and the Ranger Lakes SP region. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.」

「We really appreciated the open prairie setting, with views of the sunrises over the mountains to the east and sunsets over the mountains in the west. The western decor of the rooms is very well done, and the entire suite is comfortable. Both bedrooms are roomy, and the bathroom is nice and clean. Note that there is no dishwasher, although it wasn't a concern to us as we didn't really do any cooking except with the microwave, and it's easy to hand wash a few cups and plates. 「We had a great stay at The Bristol nearby Bristol last year and figured we would try The Nordic to compare. We would stay at the Bristol next time, hands-down. The staff and friendliness and rooms were far superior at the Bristol versus the Nordic. Nordic staff was lackluster and not overly friendly or welcoming. The property itself is quite outdated. The value for the money may be appropriate, but we’d rather spend a little bit extra and have more favorable experience next time.」
