"Great location, shuttle service was very convenient "

"Nice but cleaning staff is limited. I believe there were only 2 cleaners for the entire building so they’re moving pretty quickly. There was a dried up piece of lettuce on the faucet in the kitchenette. The floors were not clean. The dishwasher panel kept falling off every time it was opened. The latch on the door seemed to be tampered with or as if someone forced the door open and the latch bent. Basically the door could still fully open with the latch was flipped."

"I’m a Sailor for the Navy and had Duty in Selfridge Air National Guard base . The lobby was clean but when you got to the stairs there was dirt on the stairs . But more importantly I stayed one night , and got bit by Bed Bugs on my arms, legs, and back , had to go to Urgent Care to get a steroid shot , and after the doctor at the Urgent Care told me to report the incident to the Michigan Board of Health . Which I’m going to do . La Quinta wouldn’t give me another room because they told me that the hotel was full. I only stayed two night the first night I got bit , the second I asked for another room but they told me that didn’t have any, So the second night I stayed in my room with my clothes on in the bathroom . I asked for a refund showing my bug bits but didn’t get none and had to pay for two nights . I asked for assistance but the desk wouldn’t help me or refund my money . Don’t go here unless you want to go to the hospital or urgent care the next day ! "

"Our stay was very disappointing. There was dirt and dust on the exposed pipes and windows. The paint was chipped all over. The heater wouldn’t turn off in our room, the thermostat was missing its buttons, and the temperature was 80 degrees. We had to open the windows to let cold air in then continued to not be able to sleep because the road noise/sirens/birds were so loud. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. Will not stay here again and do not recommend. "
