「Was not so clean」

「The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there.」

「Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere.」

「We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.」

「I had stayed here a few times before and was always pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, my last stay was very disappointing. My son and I woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites. I immediately reached out to management to report the issue, but I never received a response. I understand that problems can happen at any property, but the lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here until the issue is addressed and...
