「Excellent house! We enjoyed the king size beds which were super comfortable. Perfect location - it’s a close drive to anywhere you want to go in Charleston / Stadium / Folly - which is where we visited during our stay. Communication is top notch with Jessica. 「The cottage was so cozy and inviting with a lovely courtyard space. The building was a former kitchen that has been renovated into an apartment while keeping the historic charm. The location is spectacular - quiet, walkable and the owners are very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here on my next visit to Charleston. 」

「This cottage on the grounds of the owners’ home was a wonderful, quiet, neighborhood oasis after a busy day in the city. You are provided a private entrance with courtyard to enjoy. The cottage met all of our needs and is in walking distance of grocery, shopping and restaurants- or a quick Uber to downtown, mt pleasant and other areas. Wonderful walking path through neighborhood, as well. Hosts were excellent communicators and extremely helpful in planning our trip! 」

「Annual honeymoon trip and it was a great location, convenient to all WD amenities. There was some leftover ice in the icemaker that had melted and re-froze that I messaged the property manager about when we got there, hence the four stars for cleanliness. BUT - they responded immediately and had the crew come out to clean that out. Great response from them, and the person renting it out. We would definitely stay there again with no hesitation. 」

「Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Once you stock the kitchen there is no need to get in your car. Walk to pool, walk to beach, walking paths, biking paths. Quiet and peaceful in the evenings so you can see the stars and hear the ocean. For those who don't care for the activity and noise of commercial beach towns this is for you. Loved our stay here and will definitely come back again! 」

「Overall it was a really great stay. Clean and exactly what we needed. It close to the beach. A bit of a walk to the town (not super long...12 to 15 min) and parking there was very hard without paying a pretty penny. Many people had golf carts and that seemed like it might have been helpful or a bike or scooter would have been great. No parking issues with that. The house was great. A great beach house...very "beach bungalow" feel. Good spaces, plenty of room for 4-6. Great bedrooms. ...

「Communication with the property manager was great. There was a terrible odor coming from the garbage disposal when I first arrived. She sent somebody out. Problem resolved! Evidently the renters before me had prepared seafood. Everything else was extremely clean. The only other big worry I had was underneath the house where you must park. It was very dark and in order to get any lights turned on you have to walk well into the dark carport to find a wall switch. This was a great concern to me and...

「It was perfect for my family of 3. Very clean and was exactly as it read in the description. 」

「We really loved this place! It was a quick walk to east 5th public access beach. A good walk to town also. Our dog was comfy there and so were we. If you bring a dog, go to Rita’s because they have a dog menu」
