「Staff were very responsive and gave suggestions where to eat in the area. Unfortunately it was far from the port where we were taking a cruise. The area was dubious when we arrived as the building next door was in need of repair. The shower was very weak which was a shame. Nice to have a fridge of water. 」

The street were plentiful and very disturbing when your already asleep. Good effort by the building however to keeo things in good shape. 」

「Staff was helpful, rooms got cleaned, stuff was near by to do. I you want the true tourist feel go here. There’s no space for anything because it is so packed. Traffic if terrible. Partying went on for long time outside. There was loud construction and cars all night. If you want the tourist feel but more space and less people isla verde I recommend. I learned my lesson. 」

「What the website advertised and what we got were two completely different things, it states there was a spa and showed pictures of a beautiful spa setting which was a big reason as to why we stayed there but really there is no spa. The spa is a whole different business and we would have to pay to use it. There are no shower curtains therefore you bathroom ends up completely flooded, fall risk needles to say the breakfast was one maybe a young child would eat, the walls are thin so you can hear...

「Good location, nice somewhat upscale area, lots of restaurants, theater, art museum near by and overall room was nice for an old “artistic” hotel. But, the hotel is on very busy street, lots of vehicular noise, trucks, gasoline tankers, human voices, etc. Our room was very spacious but faced the street so not ideal for a light sleeper. Stairs are very noisy, voices echo loudly, especially in the middle of the night. A big group of women next door were obnoxiously loud especially from midnight...
