「All good! 」

「We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure」

「Room was dirty and old. Scraped all over the walls, chipped paint. Bathtub was old and dirty. Shower curtain had dirt stains on it. The corners of the bathroom had dust bunnies and dirt. The window had finger prints all over it. They are also remodeling so there’s construction dust and paint splatters on the floor. We didn’t encounter any construction noise, I guess since it was a weekend. The hot tub was dirty with leaves and algae and the pool wasn’t any better. Would not stay here again. 」

「It is in a busy road with 1 entrance and exit so plan accordingly to get in and out of parking lot. Over all stay was good. The beds are extremely higher than normal. But was a nice quick temporary stay 」

「Had to leave a cash deposit and check in. Mine was $20 but it looks like for most it is $100. Actually went to the room and checked it when I checked out to make sure I didn't do anything bad before they gave me my $20 back. The facility is really run down and not taken care of at all. The area and lobby are full of junk that looks like an ebay staging area.」

「The room was perfect. Location was central to shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and well kept. There was also some covered parking available.」

「Super nice staff, pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and the pool room was cold, other than that it was great, my boys loved playing basketball 🏀」

「Our room was close to the street - it was very loud traffic. The place need some remodeling done. A few things broken, many old, outdated things. No fan in a bathroom - the humidity makes everything wet after shower, etc. The stuff was nice. Breakfast - excellent. 」

「The internet did not work and the night clerk was very testy with me: "We're full and the internet doesn't work when we are sold out". I said, "Wouldn't it be good practice to warn guests before selling them a room that that was standard?" My work depends on the internet and I would not have stayed here had I known. Staff was very flippant and unpleasant. The king sized bed felt like it came out of a 20-year-old trailer. I won't stay at BWs anymore!!!」
