「We had a wonderful stay at The Woodlands Resort. The property was beautiful, and the staff made us feel welcome. The room was spotless and the pillows were amazing. The restaurants were very nice with equally amazing staff. The pool and lazy river were the perfect place to relax and enjoy friends. The pool staff mainly “Erica” was very attentive. 「We attempted to check in early, that was not well received... nor would the front desk reception even acknowledge my request. She rudely stated "your rooms not ready" with zero attempt to offer a solution or another option. I even requested to upgrade to anything available as we were on a time schedule.
