Our keys never worked more than once. We could not get connected to the WiFi. The sofa bed was only a TWIN, never seen that before! Our king bed only had two pillows. The room was the smallest I have ever had in the US. The indoor pool was pretty gross…WAY too much chlorine. And there were no pool towels. It’s just not a very well maintained property. We won’t stay here again.

This was the 2nd stay for my family. The suite was spacious that was plus. The pool was out of service due to the heat pump not working. The water was cold! But overall it was ok since it was 1 night

This Residence Inn by Marriott Tyler felt like a home away from home. Our room felt like a studio. My husband and I are home bodies and definitely felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was all freshly made and delicious with options and a variety. The staff from the front desk to the kitchen were s friendly and attentive. Hands down recommend if your visiting Tyler, TX
