「Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

「アオスタ市内からは離れてるのでレンタカー等の交通手段が無いと不便と感じました。 今回はレンタカーで行きましたが、高速降りてから、ホテルの場所がわかり難くて探すのに苦労しました。実際は、ショッピングセンター・カルフールの真向かいで駐車場は共有してる事が判っていると容易に探せたと思います。備え付けのPCは無料で使えたのですが、プリンターのインク切れで印刷できず、スタッフに依頼しましたがインクは交換してもらえず、朝食も品数が少なくもう少し改善されると良いと感じました。」

「Esperienza eccezionale in generale. Camera pulita e sempre in ordine ( passaggio anche serale). Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile nello spiegare le varie camminate da fare nei dintorni. Servizio navetta gratuito nelle varie frazioni di Cogne. Spa ottima Ristoranti dell’hotel molto apprezzati 」
